新建本科院校公寓环境育人的理论与实践研究

The theory and practice of residence environmental education of newly building undergraduate colleges and universities

本文首先简述了高校的学生公寓的重要意义,之后文章对高校学生公寓环境与育人的理论关系进行了分析,进而围绕新建本科院校建设在公寓育人环境建设方面的差距开展了初步探讨。最后,文章提出了新建本科院校公寓环境育人的践行思路,包括加强公寓硬件建设,以"环境"育人;丰富公寓文化环境,以"氛围"育人;建立健全管理制度,以"行为"育人;完善公寓运行职能,以"理念"育人。

This paper first describes the significance of college students' residence,then analyzes the relationship of residence environment and education,and around the gaps of the educational environment construction of residence of the newly building undergraduate colleges and universities to discuss.Finally,the article puts forward practical ideas,including 'strengthening the hardware construction of' residence,environmental education,rich cultural environment education;with the' atmosphere' to educate people;establishing management system,with' action' to educate people;improve the residence operation function,with ' the concept ' to educate people.
