摘要
本文采用通过原生质体融合技术获得的嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌与耐盐荚膜红假单胞菌的融合子,比较了融合子在不同温度、光照、PH值、盐浓度等不同条件下,降解氨氮的能力;说明了光合细菌降解氨氮的能力是对外界条件敏感的。
In this subject,we use the fusant of the bacillus stearothermophilus and the photosynthetic bacteria.And compare the ability of the fusant for degradation ammonia nitrogen in different condition,such as temperature、intensity of illumination、pH、concentration of salt.It accounts for that it is sensitive for the ability.
