院系文化是高职院校校园文化的具体体现和重要组成部分。院系文化建设是高职院校二级管理体制对接、构建和谐校园文化建设的必然要求,院系文化建设的重点是制度文化建设和行为文化建设;同时,在建设操作层面,更要重点处理好两个关系。

Department culture is a major unit and also the embodiment of higher vocational campus culture.The construction of department culture is an inevitable requirement for both the connection of the secondary college management system in higher vocational colleges,and the construction of a harmonious campus culture.System cultural construction and behavior culture construction are the focuses of department cultural construction;meanwhile,they should be in good relations in the operational level.
