The core of modern quality education is to establish the modern education idea,it is the fundamental guiding of the teaching and teaching behavior.Quality education is the education taking improving the students' quality and innovative ability as the fundamental purpose.This paper discusses the necessity of improving the quality of education through changing the concept of education,as well as how to improve the education concept and the training method of teachers in quality education.
