摘要
文章对由于大负荷、高强度、高密度的比赛之后,运动员产生运动性疲劳的机理以及根据不同的疲劳产生机理"对症下药",寻找最佳的方法,及时地消除足球运动员的运动疲劳,进而促进机体的及时恢复。
