摘要
法律文书教学中要重视启发式教学,调动学生的积极性,深化对于文书样式的理解。要引导学生分析比较,探求文书间的联系和文书制作的规律。在课时压缩的背景下,要精心选择、大胆取舍,突出教学重点。
We should place great importance on heuristic teaching,mobilize the enthusiasm of students,and deepen the understanding of the style for documents.We should guide students to analyze and compare,and explore the linkage between documents and laws of documents making.Under the Circumstances of compressing class hour,we should choose carefully and boldly and highlight teaching points.
