The fair education is the starting point of social justice and the core part of the promotion and protection of educational equity is necessary to build a socialist harmonious society demands.We must correctly understand the equity in education and of higher education,through government,the power of the public harmony,rational analysis of the the problems in fair education and effectively solve the unfairness problem of education and building a harmonious socialist education.
