摘要
《资本主义经济制度》集中了威廉姆森从1970年到1980年对组织理论的研究成果。该书内容很多,但思路清晰,其基本思路是:以交易作为最基本的分析单位,将所有交易还原为合同,不同的合同根据其属性不同,分别对应不同的治理结构,继而通过比较不同治理结构的交易成本,进行比较制度分析。而资产专用性作为其中最重要的维度,它也是使交易成本经济学与解释经济组织的其它理论相区别的重要的特点。
