摘要
在对高职院校学生职业指导过程中,要注重培养学生良好的职业道德素质,针对"2+1"的教学模式,应提出相应的、具有鲜明特色的职业道德素质培养方案与之相对应,使学生成为社会、行业、企业需要的有用之才。
In the vocational college students career guidance process,students should pay attention to good professional and moral qualities,for the '2 +1' model of teaching,should be made accordingly,with distinct characteristics,the quality of professional ethics training program Correspondingly,the students become,industry,companies need talented useful.
