以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央提出的科学发展观,是对马克思主义发展观的继承和创新,对构建社会主义和谐社会、加快推进社会主义现代化,具有极为重要的指导意义,具有坚实的哲学基础和理论前提。本文试图对它的哲学基础作出初步分析。

The Scientific Concept of Development, put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jin Tao as its General Secretary, inherits and innovates the development view of Marxism, has distinctly important guiding significance for constructing a harmonious socialist society and speeding up socialist modernization, and possesses solid philosophical basis and theoretical premise. This thesis aims at offering a preliminary analysis of its philosophical basis.
