采用文献资料法,针对素质教育及其在体育教学中的任务与存在的问题进行探讨,分析了高校体育教学存在的重技能忽略对学生人文素质培养的问题,提出相应的解决对策,旨在为体育专业教学提供理论依据。

This paper discusses the quality of education and its tasks in physical education and the problems using the method of literature,analyze problems of emphsize skills and overlook the quality of cultured human in the college physical education,propose appropriate countermeasures,in order to provide theoretical basis for physical education.
