Under the present situations,in order to thoroughly apply 'Scientific concept of Development' and build a harmonious society,it is necessary to do well in political and ideological work.In socialist economy system,political and ideological education,as a recessive power to promote sound and fast economic and social development,can stimulate society's members` subject consciousness of competition,time and science.
