如何正确看待"三农"问题是当前改革开放和现代化建设全局的首要问题。因此,我们要按照统筹兼顾、协调发展的原则,促进新农村经济快速健康发展,为提前实现小康社会的目标奠定坚实的基础。
How to see 'agriculture,countryside and farmers' correctly is the problem of reform and opening-up and modernization of the global.Therefore,we should according to the overall consideration and the coordinated principles,to promote rapid and healthy development of new rural economy,in order to achieve well-off society in a solid foundation.
