班主任作为班级最重要的管理者,在学生的成才路上起了至关重要的作用,因此如何当好班主任,做好班主任的工作,就显得尤为重要。总结了作者多年当班主任的一些心得体会,希望和大家共勉,共同交流,把以后的工作做得更好。
AS an important manager,class teacher plays an important role in students' growth.So to be a good class teacher and to manage a class well are two subjects that are particularly important.In this article,the author summarizes his experience as a class teacher for years.I am eager to share my experience with you and to learn from you.So I will do a better job in future.
