学长制:应用型本科院校学生管理的模式探索

Student Mentoring Scheme:Exploration on Student Management Mode of Application-oriented undergraduate

应用型本科院校学生管理工作基于其高职高专转型的特征而表现出更多的不同特征。本文通过对高职高专升格为应用型本科院校后学生管理工作面临问题的分析,指出应用型本科院校应采用学长制作为学生管理模式的必要性。同时通过对应用型本科院校实行学长制的具体办法的分析,对应用型本科院校学长制模式构建提出路径参考。

Student management of application-oriented undergraduate based on the transformational characteristics of higher vocational college shows more different characteristics.The analysis for the problems of student management after the upgrading of application-oriented undergraduate from higher vocational college shows that application-oriented undergraduate is bound to adopt student mentoring scheme as student management mode.Path reference is proposed about the construction of student mentoring scheme mode of application-oriented undergraduate by the analysis for specific measures of Student Mentoring Scheme which application-oriented undergraduate adopts.
