浅论高职院校就业指导课程体系的构建

On Construction of the System of Careers Guidance Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文分析了当前高职院校就业指导课程教学中存在的问题,并从建立科学的教学目标、建立立体多样的教学手段、建立适合高职学生实际的教学内容、建立生动活泼的教学方法、建立个性化职业辅导机构等五个方面阐述了高职院校就业指导课程体系的构建原则及方法。

This article analyzes the current problems existing in the careers guidance course teaching in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the constructing principles and methods of careers guidance curricular system in higher vocational colleges in five aspects,which include the establishment of scientific teaching goals,various three-dimensional teaching means,teaching contents that are appropriate for the reality of the vocational students,lively teaching methods and individualized career guidance agencies.
