Implementation of a Light-match Performance Measuring System for Vehicle Headlight

设计了一种通用多功能车用灯具配光检测系统 ,该系统不仅可对汽车前照灯的配光性能进行测试 ,还可以对汽车、摩托车的其他灯具进行测试。系统具有自动完成数据采集、运算处理、标准判别和检测报告打印等功能 ,通用性强 ,测量精度高。经国家检测机构检测表明 ,测试系统的多个测光头相对示值误差均小于 (或等于 )± 1.5 % ,达到标准级 ,是一种低成本的设计方案 ,具有较大的应用价值。

In this paper, authors presented a kind of general-purpose design technique of light-match measuring screen and sensor distribution method. On the basis, a kind of general-purpose multi-functional light match measuring system for vehicle lamp was designed. It applies a computer to control the series device, which can measure light-match performance of headlight, as well as other lamps of vehicle and motorcycle. The system realizes data acquisition, operation processing, criterion judgment and report printing with the features of general-purpose and precision. Through testing by the authorized department, the result shows that all errors of measuring light-tip are less than ±1 5%, which meets requirement of the national standard.
