摘要
在分析产品质量模糊性及 Taguchi平方型质量损失函数局限性的基础上 ,应用模糊理论对 Taguchi损失模型进行拓展 ,提出了模糊质量损失和模糊质量损失成本的概念 ,建立了相应的模糊质量损失模型。设计实例和理论分析表明 ,模糊质量损失模型具有灵活性和实用性。
Based on the analysis of fuzzy factors in tolerance design and the limitations of the traditional Taguchi's squared quality loss function, a fuzzy quality loss function model was extended by the fuzzy theory. The concepts of fuzzy quality loss and fuzzy quality loss cost were correlated into the model and the characteristics of the new model and its advantages over the traditional Taguchi's quality loss function were analyzed. The results of an example of the model showed that this method has suitable, reliability and to make the conclusion more objective and reasonable.
