摘要
离心泵内部流动是复杂的非定常流动 ,其内部流场结构和能量损失机理仍不清楚。本文分析了离心泵内部几种流动现象 ,如动静部件干涉、回流、尾流和旋转失速等 ,介绍了离心泵内部流动测量的各种方法 ,并简要评述半个多世纪以来离心泵内部流动测试的研究进展。
The flow in a centrifugal pump is a complex and unsteady flow. Its flow structure and mechanism of energy loss are not yet clear. In this paper, we analyzed several flow phenomena in centrifugal pumps, i.e. rotor-stator interaction, back-flow, wake-flow and rotating stalling, and introduced some flow measuring methods for centrifugal pumps. We also made a survey of the measuring research on inside flow of centrifugal pumps in the past 50 years. In the end of this paper, we pointed out the present problems in the flow measuring of centrifugal pumps, research trend in the future and major subjects of the authors.
