In order to ensure that the satellite and its products are delivered flawless,a design review of the global reliability and security of a satellite is necessary.The potential problems and weaknesses affecting the safety and reliability of the satellite are to be found in the design review.Then timely and effective measures can be taken to deal with all these problems and weaknesses.This paper proposes a set of concepts and methods for the design review of the global reliability and security of a satellite.
