摘要 为解决LJ-2离心机电气拖动系统老化、故障率高的问题,对系统进行了改造:电气拖动系统由PLC和DCS800数字直流调速器构成,工控机或HMI作为上位监控,更新了机械辅助传动系统,实现了离心机转臂上仪器与地面计算机光纤通讯,并增加了地面油站向转臂上设备提供液压油的能力。运行结果表明,改造后的拖动系统性能更佳,可靠性更高。 In order to solve problems such as the aging of LJ-2 centrifuge’electric drive system and its high failure rate, PLC and DCS800 digital DC variable speed devices are adopted to upgrade the electric drive system. Industrial control computer or HMI are uesd as an upper-level supervision unit. The machine auxiliary transmission is updated. Furthermore, instruments on arm of the centrifuge can communicate with computers on the ground through optical fiber. The centrfuge has the ability to transfer high pressure oil from the ground hydraulic power supply to the devices on the arm of the centrifuge. As a result, the electric drive system enjoys better performances and higher reliability.
