文章提供了一种导弹贮存可靠性分析评估的统计学分析思路和方法。首先,简单介绍了贮存可靠性的重要性、含义以及发展现状;之后,针对导弹姿控系统假设的现场贮存数据的分析和评估,分别介绍了指数分布的μ检验法和威布尔分布的AMSAA(美国陆军装备系统分析中心)方法。文章提出的方法可供全面开展导弹的贮存可靠性分析时参考。
The paper presents a statistical method for analyzing and evaluating the storage reliability data of the attitude control system of missiles, which involves the μ-checkout method and the evaluating method for the exponential distribution, and AMSAA method and the evaluating method for Weibull distribution, based on recorded storage data. The method can be used for storage reliability data analysis of missiles.
