大载荷主动隔振平台技术综述及其性能评定的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 文章从智能材料的特性、作动器的设计及配置方案,控制建模、控制算法、控制器设计等控制技术,隔振方法、承力方案、连接结构等结构设计技术等几方面对大载荷主动隔振平台技术进行了综述,对国内外近几年在大载荷隔振平台研究开发中智能材料的应用、控制技术及结构设计等方面的研究进展做了较全面的总结与阐述,并在此基础上提出了隔振致稳控制平台承载能力、隔振致稳控制平台精度的评定方法。 A combination of advanced materials,structure dynamics and control techniques is required for intelligent vibration isolation platforms of international highest level. The research and development on the techniques of vibration isolation platforms are reviewed in terms of vibration isolation methods,supporting schemes,connecting configuration,application of intelligent materials,and control techniques. The performance evaluation on vibration isolation platforms is discussed.
