摘要
在三轴六自由度振动台台面设计中,为了满足台面的动特性和质量要求,开展了基于台面高度、筋板布局及厚度等参数的频率优化设计工作。采用ANSYS软件的参数化设计语言实现了该问题的程序化。优化后的结构质量满足设计要求,频率显著提高。
For the table-board of the three-axes andsix-degrees-of-freedom vibration generator, an optimizeddesign about the thickness of the table-board and thedistribution of the ribs is carried out. A program is developedby using the parameter design language of ANSYS software.The mass of the optimized structure can satisfy the designrequirement, and its resonant frequency is enhanced remarkably.
