摘要
文章对有防护涂层材料的原子氧掏蚀效应蒙特卡罗模型进行了分析,发现该模型中蕴含着几何相似律,并基于相似律提出了可用于表示掏蚀历程的特征量。数值模拟研究验证了相似律的正确性。
The Monte Carlo model for atomic oxygen undercutting of materials with protective coating is analyzed. It is found that a similarity law can be derived from that model and the characteristic parameters for describing the history of undercutting are proposed. The similarity law is verified by numerical simulations presented in this paper.
