摘要
文章结合某大型空间环境模拟设备,建立了复杂热沉管网的计算模型。利用Flowmaster软件,对热沉管网的流动和换热现象进行了模拟计算。根据计算结果,对该大型管网热沉的结构改进提出了意见,并进行了对比分析。改进后的热沉管网系统在流量和温度均匀性方面均有较大的改进。
A physical and numerical simulation model is established for the piping system of the cryogenic shroud in a large space simulator. The numerical analysis of heat and fluid flow in the piping system is carried out by using the software of the Flowmaster. On the basis of the calculation,the paper proposes a method of optimizing the piping structure to improve the uniformity of flow rate and temperature by adjusting the structure of shroud.
