摘要
文章介绍了KM6水平舱方舱门改造的设计方案、实施过程及改造后的真空检漏和调试结果,给出了舱门预紧力计算方法。通过KM6水平舱联合调试和飞船轨道舱泄复压试验,认为改造达到了设计要求。
This Paper Presents the reconstruetion scheme of the rectangular doors of the KM6 horizontal chamber,together with test results.The method for caleulating the Pre-impaetion force is also diseussed .It is shown by combined operational tests and depressurlzation/repressurization tests that the improved doors meet the design requirements.
