摘要
火箭、卫星、导弹等航天产品普遍存在着结构非线性。在这些产品的振动试验中常常出现固有频率漂移、谐波响应等现象,并且会带来部件间固有频率耦合、碰撞振动、振动试验控制超差等问题。文章从结构非线性入手定性地分析了引发这些现象的原因,并介绍一些解决措施,为振动试验中类似问题的分析和解决提供参考。
Nonlinear structures are commonly found in rockets,satellites,missiles.Drifts of natural frequency and vibro-responses are common in the vibration test of these structures.Coupling of natural frequency,vibro-impacts and vibration control overshoot would exist at the same time.In this paper,a qualitative analysis of these phenomena is made from the point of view of nonlinear structures.Some solutions are suggested for similar problems in vibration test.
