摘要
从5个方面阐述了小兴安岭生态功能建设存在的问题及解决对策,即改造大面积结构不尽合理的人工林;提高现有天然林资源经营水平,提升其总体价值;建设全林区范围的红松保护区;加强湿地建设和保护力度;改革林业管理的机制体制。
Ecological functional building of Xiaoxing'anling were discussed from five aspects,including rebuilding large area of plantation with irrational structure,improving management level of nature forest resources and its value,building protected areas of Korean pine forest in whole forest region,strengthening the construction and protection of wetlands,reforming the mechanisms for forest management.
