摘要
高级船员是航运企业核心竞争力的重要来源,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,高级船员流失严重。同时,由于船员资源的短缺,使船员在企业间的流动频繁。本文在对高级船员流失现象的分析基础上,提出了一些对策。
The officers are the core competition of a shipping company.Along w ith the economic development social progress,and specially,the seaman manpower s hortage and seaman the officers loss heavily.exchange between comparies some cou ntermeasures are pat forward on basis of investigation and analysis of officers loss.
