摘要
目的:测定心舒宝胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为280nm;速为1.0ml/min;结果:原儿茶醛线性范围5.05～50.5μg,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.6%(n=6);结论:该方法不仅操作简单,准确,且重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To determine the content of Protocaechuic aldehyde by HPLC in Xinshubac capsules.Methods: The determination was carried out with Kromasil C-18 column.The mobile phase consisted of CH_3OH-0.5%CH_3COOH (20:80).The flow rate was 1.0ml.min^(-1) and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm.Results:The content of Xinshubao capsules can be determined by HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 5.05～50.5μg and The average recovery was 98.8%,with RSD=0.6%(n=6) Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be use to control the quality of Xinshubao capsules.
