摘要
目的:探讨结肠灌洗在无术前肠道准备的结肠手术中应用。方法:回顾性分析我院及江宁医院普外科2006年11月至2008年11月收治病例9例无术前肠道准备的结肠手术患者临床资料,均行结肠灌洗1期肠切除吻合。结果:本组9例全部治愈,无吻合口瘘、腹腔内感染等并发症。结论:无术前肠道准备的结肠手术患者虽然行1期肠吻合手术有一定的风险性,但术中做好结肠灌洗,仍是安全的术式。
Objective:To invostiage the application of colonic lavage in the emergency situation of the operative of colon which has no bowel preparation.Methods:The date of 9 patients who were treaded in our hospital and department of general surgery of Jiangning Hospital from November,2006 to November,2008 were analyzed,who were Applied with colonic lavage and intestinal anastomosis.Results:All patients were cured and there is no complication of stoma fistula、infection of abdominal cavity.Conclusion:There is risk of the operative of colon which has no bowel preparation.but colonic lavage during the operation can reduce such risk.
