摘要
目的:进行螺旋藻多糖胶囊处方筛选及制剂工艺研究.方法:根据螺旋藻多糖胶囊的药物所合有效成分的理化性质,通过引湿性及内容物流动性研究进行填充荆的筛选,通过正交试验优选制粒工艺.结果:采用微晶纤维素作为填充辅料.具有良好的流动性和崩解性.采用80%乙醇作润湿剂可克服制粒粘性大,难过筛等情况,采用l3(34)正交试验可以看出方案a1b2c1d1为最佳工艺,颗粒收得率最高.结论:螺旋藻多糖胶囊处方筛选及制剂工艺可行.
Objective:To study the prescription screening and pharmaceutics technology of Spirulina Polysaccharide Capsule. Methods:According to the physico-chemical property of active constituent in Spirulina Polysaccharide Capsule, screened bulking agent by study of hygroscopicity and content flowability,optimized pelletization craft by orthogonal test.Results:Microcrystalline cellulose was used as padding accessories for its satisfactory flowability and disintegrability. 80%ethanol was used as wetter to overcome pelletization's high glutinosity and hard sifting,etc.The plan A_1B_2C_1D_1 is the optimum technology according to L_9(3~4) orthogonal test results.Conclusion:The prescription screening and pharmaceutics technology of Spiruiina Polysaccharide Capsule is feasible.
