摘要
目的:探讨全脑照射治疗肺癌脑转移的临床护理。方法:58例肺癌患者经CT/MRI证实出现脑转移,予全脑照射(DT:40Gy/2Gy/20f)治疗。结果:所有病例均完成治疗计划,临床症状明显改善,常见的毒性反应有骨髓抑制、胃肠道症状和脱发。结论:采取积极的护理措施能有效减轻肺癌脑转移的放疗毒性反应,提高患者的治疗耐受性。
Objective:To discuss the nursings in the lung cancer with brain metastasis and therapy with whole brain radiation. Methods:58 patients with lung cancer by CT/MRI confirmed the appearance of brain metastases were therapy with whole brain radiation(DT:40Gy/2Gy/20f).Results:All patients were completed treatment and clinical symptoms improved significantly,The main adverse reactions are bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal symptoms and alopecia.Conclusion: take active care,support can effectively reduce the lung cancer with brain metastasis radiotherapy toxicity and improve the treatment of patients tolerance.
