Developing Non-state Owned Forest and Promoting Multi-development

大力发展民有林,是我国国有林区林权制度改革的重要内容,也是经济社会发展的需要;但这一改革现在还只是起步阶段,今后需要不断发展和完善。本文首先介绍了发展民有林的必要性和建设原则,分析了民有林的经营效益与评价指标因素,最后从理论上对科学发展民有林经济提出建议。

The necessity and construction principle of developing non-state owned forests were introduced.Its benefits and evaluation factors were analyzed,and put forward the suggestions about scientific development of non-state owned forests economy.
