This paper analyses the practical ecology constructure of Heilongijang Province,the whole background,the ecological function and the benefit of the forest area of Forest Industry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. It bring forward the problem in the ecology constructure and set forth the relevant measure should be taken in the ecological constructrue in virtue of the beneficial method and illumination of the ecological constructure overseas and in the international collaboration concerning the domestic forest.
