Ecological Forest Investment Performance Evaluation——to evaluate the investment performance of ecological forest basing on economical and social benefits

为了保证生态林工程能够有条不紊地进行并检查其实施的效果,就需要对其进行绩效评价。但是通过研究发现,以往用森林三大效益建立的评价指标体系存在着重复计量的问题,因此有必要探讨构建以经济、社会两大效益为主的指标体系来评价生态林的投资绩效。

In recent years,in order to improve our living environment and protect our home,the state has launched a number of ecological forest projects,and put a lot of manpower,material and financial resources. So we should carry out performance evaluation to assure the project orderly conduct and check the effectiveness of their implementation. However,in the past studies,we found that there were some repeated measures in the evaluation system established by three major benefits of forest,so this paper attempts to evaluate the investment performance of ecological forest basing on economical and social benefits.
