摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈法等对安阳市几所高校普通院系女大学生参加课外体育活动的情况进行了调查研究,对影响女大学生参加课外体育活动的主要因素进行了分析,就如何推动女大学生积极有效地参加课外体育活动提出了合理化的建议。
This article reports the use of literature information,questionnaire and interviews methods,extra-curricular sports for Huanghedadao Campus of Anyang Normal University female students in the investigation and analysis of secondary school students in extra-curricular sports activities on the problems.How to promote female students of university to take active part in extracurricular activities effectively sports made reasonable suggestions,Encourage to establish the sports club,reinforce the organization and the management,improve the conditions of activities.
