摘要
本研究旨在探讨体育锻炼对大学生自我效能感的影响,以及协调性在其中的作用机制。研究采用问卷调查的方法,共收集421个有效样本。数据分析主要采用结构方程模型中因子分析和路径分析的方法。研究结果发现:(1)体育锻炼对个体协调性有显著的正向影响;(2)体育锻炼对一般自我效能感有显著的正向影响;(3)协调性在体育锻炼-一般自我效能感之间具有显著的完全中介作用。研究结果表明,在青年学生群体中,体育锻炼是提高协调性的有效手段,并且能够通过协调性进而提升一般自我效能感的水平,增强他们完成任务、适应社会的信心。
This study investigated the relationships between physical activity and general self-efficacy of undergraduate students.Moreover,it focused on the role of coordination on this processes.A self-administered questionnaire survey method was used to collect data from 421 college students in Qinhuangdao,Shenyang,Daqing,Fushun,and other areas.A series of EFA,CFA,and PA of structural equation model were conducted for data analyses.The results consistently showed that physical activity was positive related to coordination.Further,the results also demonstrated that coordination mediated the relationship linking physical activity to general self-efficacy.That reveals that more physical activity can promote college students' general self-efficacy through coordination.Meanwhile,college should focus on students' physical activity in order to improve their confidence in achieving role and acclimatizing themselves to society.
