hbv慢性感染相关性肝癌与树突细胞疫苗

摘要 一直以来,肝细胞癌( hcc)严重威胁着人类的健康,居我国恶性肿瘤病死率的第二位,发病率亦呈现逐年上升趋势.研究显示,乙型肝炎病毒(hbv)感染是发生hcc的主要原因之一,直接或间接参与hcc的发生和发展.近年来,以树突细胞为基础的细胞免疫治疗作为一种新的抗肿瘤方法,实现了与传统治疗方式包括手术切除、放疗、化疗等的互补,随着树突细胞体外扩增和疫苗制备技术的日益成熟,其已逐渐成为hbv慢性感染相关性hcc治疗的研究热点.本文就树突细胞疫苗的生物学特性、在hbv慢性感染相关性肝癌中的应用及其研究现状作一综述.
