The Reflection on the Idle Information Resource of Basic Education in Ethnic Minority Region

目前民族地区基础教育信息化资源闲置现象较为严重,这和前期决策的单向选择定位直接相关。教育者对资源的选择是一种基于教育目的和主体性的教育选择,决策者预设的单向选择注定在教育现实中无法实现。民族地区信息化资源建设要取得效益和效率的平衡,唯有建立基于对话和互动的双向选择机制,改变原有的教育决策模式,将资源建设建立于利益主体的利益表达之上。

Nowadays,the problem of the idle information resource of basic education in ethnic minority region is very serious,due to the one-way early-term strategy.The educator's option for the resource is simply based on the educational goal and is subjective,so it is hard to implement the option in educational practice.In order to bal-ance the benefit and the efficiency in the information resource construction of ethnic minority region,the negotiable two-way mechanism of option should be built.The previous educational decision-making mode should also be changed.The resource construction should be built on the basis of the interest articulation of the benefited party.
