This paper gives an analysis on the features of the demand for talents in the key industries in the situation of Guangxi new development in the coming 10 years.Also,it puts forward a plan and some suggestion regarding making good use of the advantage and the accessibility of TVU distance education,and cultivating fast practical talents for the key majors and the majors on great demand.
