摘要
文章分析了well在不同语境条件下的四种语用功能:态度情感功能;信息缺失标记语;信息修正标记语;话语结构功能,并尝性地提出了译文。通过微观的研究,希望广大师生能重新认识well等话语标记在交际中的实际作用,并能够恰当运用此类话语标记达到顺利交际的目的。
Through the analysis of the collected data,it is found that WELL can act respectively as the affection marker,the insufficient information marker,the information repair marker,and the topic change and end marker in different contexts.Moreover,the tentative translations of WELL in various situations are also presented.Through a study from a micro perspective,it is expected that English teachers and learners rethink about the functions of the discourse markers or other parentheticals in interaction and achieve successful communication by the employment of them.
