摘要
太极拳是在我国广为流传的,适合不同年龄段和人群健身的优秀拳种之一,也是我国全民健身运动的首选推广运动项目之一。随着社会的进步与发展,太极拳运动也得到了广泛的普及,同时太极拳的健身作用和预防疾病的作用也得到了人们的认可。本文通过对太极拳的养生与保健原理的研究,阐述了太极拳对人体呼吸、消化、运动、心血管、神经等系统的保健作用,并分析太极拳对延缓衰老的作用。为喜爱太极拳运动的人们提供一定得理论依据。
Taijiquan is widespread in China.It is one of the best boxing for people of different ages and fitness and it is my first choice for the National Fitness Campaign promotional campaign items.With the social progress and development,taijiquan has been widely popular while taijiquan's role of fitness and disease prevention has also been recognized by people.In this paper,by studying taijiquan's principles of health and health care,elaborated on human respiration,digestion,exercise,cardiovascular,nervous system health effects for people who love taijiquan exercise providing a theoretical basis.
