吉首市城区中小学乒乓球课余训练的现状与对策研究

为了提高吉首市城区中小学学生乒乓球技术,改善吉首市乒乓球教学模式,提高教练员的教学水平。本文采用访谈;逻辑分析;文献资料;问卷调查等方法对这一问题进行了研究。结果发现吉首市乒乓球课余训练的教练员结构不合理,训练经费得不到保障,训练动机和态度多种多样。

In order to improve primary and secondary students Jishou City table tennis technology to improve teaching Jishou table tennis,raise the standard of teaching coaches.In this paper,interviews;logical analysis;literature;surveys and other methods on this problem was studied.The results showed that after-school training Jishou table tennis coaches structure is irrational,training funds are not guaranteed,training,motivation and attitudes varied.
