大学生体育伤害事故的侵权责任探析

通过文献资料和逻辑分析法,对大学生伤害事故的责任主体和侵权责任进行深入地分析,认为大学生体育伤害事故中,责任主体有校方、第三人和大学生;校方和第三人主要承担过错责任和公平责任。

By using the method of literature investigation and logic analyzing,the paper aims to deeply analyze the main responsible parties and legal liability in injury accident of students at university by sports.It delimits responsible parties involved in the party of school,third party and students themselves.the party of school and third party should take a responsibility for liability for wrongs and fair liability.
