替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期头颈部肿瘤21例疗效观察

Therapeutic Analysis of Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Head and Neck Cancer

目的:探讨替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期头颈部肿瘤的临床疗效和相关不良反应。方法:分析用替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期头颈部肿瘤21例的临床资料。结果:21例患者均服药2个疗程以上,有效率达57%,生活质量明显改善,15例生存时间>12个月(71%)。主要不良反应是骨髓抑制和消化道反应,但无Ⅳ度不良反应,且停药后这些指标均能回归到正常水平。结论:替吉奥治疗老年晚期头颈部肿瘤是安全有效的治疗选择。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and toxicity of Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsule in treatment of elderly patients with advanced head and neck cancer.Methods:Analyzed the data of efficacy and toxicity of Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsule in treatment of 21 cases of elderly advanced head and neck cancer from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011.Results:All the patients received Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsule at least two cycles,the effective rate was 57%,patients' quality of life was improved significantly,survival time of 15 patients was more than 12 months(71%),The main drug-related adverse events were Bone marrow suppression and Gastrointestinal reaction,most of which in the grade of Ⅰ-Ⅱ,no patients needed to stop the treatment because of adverse event.Conclusion:Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsule is an effective and safe choice for elderly patients with advanced head and neck cancer.
