红花醇湿敷治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Safflower Alcohol in Wet Treatment of Phlebitis of Mannitol inducing

目的:观察红花醇湿敷治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:选取输注甘露醇所致静脉炎患者61例,随机分为观察组31例及对照组30例,观察组采用20%红花醇湿敷治疗,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗。比较2组疗效。结果:观察组有效率96.8%,对照组有效率73.3%2,组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:20%红花醇湿敷治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of safflower alcohol in wet treatment of venous inflammation caused by injecting mannitol.Methods:61 cases of the venous inflammation caused by injecting mannitol were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases) and control group(30cases).Patients of the treatment group were given 20% safflower alcohol wet compressed,while in the control group Patients were treated by 50% magnesium sulfate.The curative effect in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group were 96.8% and control group were 73.3% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wet compressing with 20% Safflower alcohol is a good method to treat the venous inflammation caused by injecting mannitol.
