湿性愈合治疗肿瘤晚期Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

Observation of Wet Treatment on Ⅱ、Ⅲ Stage Pressure Ulcers in the Patients with Advanced Tumors

目的:观察康惠尔伤口护理系列产品对肿瘤患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮实施湿性愈合治疗的效果,探求一种简便、效果好的、易被肿瘤晚期患者接受的压疮治疗方法。方法:选择2009年2月至2011年2月符合Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮诊断标准的肿瘤晚期患者106例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各53例。治疗组采用康惠尔伤口护理系列对创面进行湿性愈合治疗,对照组采用TDP治疗仪对创面进行干性愈合治疗。15 d后对2组疗效进行对比。结果:治疗组治愈率高于对照组。结论:应用康惠尔伤口护理系列产品对肿瘤患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮实施湿性愈合治疗的方法简便,效果好,减轻了治疗时病员体位配合的痛苦,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effects of wet treatment of KangHuiEr wound care series products in tumour patients withⅡ、Ⅲ stage pressure ulcers.To explore a simple,good effect,susceptible therapy for the patients of advanced tumors with pressure ulcers.Methods:Selected 106 cases of patients with advanced stage tumor in 2009 February ~ 2011 February,and accorded with diagnostic criteria of Ⅱ、 Ⅲ stage pressure ulcers,and divided that into 53 cases of treatment group and 53 cases of control group depended on single-blind random number table.Treatment group had wet methods of KangHuiEr Application for wound care;control group had dry treatment of TDP therapy.15 days later,there was a comparative research in 2 groups on curative effect.Results:The cure rate of treatment group was higher than those of the control group,their efficiencies were significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The wet method of KangHuiEr Application in patients with tumor of Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage pressure ulcers,is simple,good effect,reduces the pain caused by change position,is worthy to be popularized.
