在中美"建设性战略伙伴关系"和"建设性合作关系"框架下,进一步发展中美经贸关系越来越具有安全和外交战略层面的意义。交替出现的各种因素深刻地影响着中美经贸关系的发展。当中美政治关系好转时,经济因素的作用就会加强;当美国国内的政治斗争激烈时,非经济因素的作用就会凸显。当积极的经济因素占主导时,中美经贸关系的发展便会一帆风顺;当消极经济因素出现时,中美经贸摩擦便会明显增多。充分利用积极因素,抑制消极因素,将有利于推动中美经贸关系顺利发展。

To establish constructive strategic partnership and constructive cooperation relationship between China and the United States, further development of Sino-U.S. economic and trade relations is becoming more requiring as China's safety and diplomatic strategy. Several factors are affecting the development of the relations. When there is a better Sino-U.S. relation, economic factors play a more important function. When there is a tense political situation in the United States, non-economic factors will be protruding. It is of significance to analyze the positive and negative factors so as to make good use of the positive factors and suppress the negative ones.
